I purchased the WD My Book 500mb external hard drive about a year ago with a 3 year warranty. The drive failed after about 4 months with constant clicking and I lost everything that was on this drive. I received a replacement drive quickly. The second drive lasted about 7 months and last week the drive started clicking again... once again I lost everything on the drive. I went on WD's web site and the replacement drive had a 90 day warranty and I am out of luck getting a replacement drive from this company. I am in the process of purchasing another drive. I do not recommend this drive simply because the Western Digital company obviously does not have faith in their own product, otherwise the 3 year warranty would have carried over to the replacement drive. For two drives to fail in a year's time is not very good odds either and it seems the WD company feels the same about their own product. I just got the electronic dictionary and I can already see its advantages over other models. First and foremost, the ring adapter drastically reduces your chances of losing it. In addition, it is nice and slim. It has a large number of words, often with multiple definitions. The converter function is also handy, as I teach Science (although it was bought primarily for the dictionary.) The display is easy to read and the keypad is not difficult to figure out. Its only weakness is that I find the keys a bit difficult to press. This can be solved by using a stylus and is the reason I give it 4 stars, rather than 5.Buy Zelco Notebook Dictionary!

I expected that a book published by the company who developed the application would, to a great extent, be the definitive source of information. Personally I learned more from the Help resource in Excel than this book. In particular, most books on programming begin by describing the basic types/structures/fundamentals then moving into more and more detail all the while providing insightful and informative examples, some of which are built upon through out the text.

Now I have programmed in many different languages before and understand the relative similarities (after all, aside from linguistics/semantics most languages are fundamentally the same), yet there was no substantive explanation regarding running the minimalist examples that were given. Moreover, how about providing some worthwhile examples that really illustrate programming Excel and making it work for you.

All-in-all this text was VERY disappointing and the only reason for two stars is that I got the book for free. If it were not for this fact, I would have given in one star. For anyone out there interested in Excel programming, please steer clear of this text and I wish I could direct you to something worthwhile but this was my first so we are all out of luck. This little Guy is really Cute. (The photo doesn't do it any Justice.) However the keys are too small to use anything besides the stylus that came with it. It is great for storing numbers in but you can't use letters below the first line of the display and this makes it difficult to store E-mail and Snail Mail addresses. If you only E-mail and write people and don't call them you would be better off paying a little more for a better organizer. I tried this out for a while and its positives are: some protection from bumps and drops and it is better than some of the other silicone sleeves because it doesn't droop as bad on the bottom as others. However, while saying that it does droop and turning it on and off and using the wireless switch on the back can be a pain. The metal that holds it up to read like a stand broke through the silicone in places, which off balanced it and i found I didn't like it as well as holding it or laying it flat. This organizer was a disappointment from the beginning. It is ok, but limited on space for addresses and it resets itself. It also gets dirty easily as the case will not close very well. Excellent construction, nice looks, well-designed. It even holds my Sony 18.4" VAIO AW but it requires some strain to get the zippers to close so I wouldn't recommend it to carry computers larger than 17" screen size. It'll surely hold any other laptop quite well.

The security feature of the zippers placed under the shoulder straps towards your back will prevent anyone from stealing anything while you're in a crowded place like a subway train. The case includes two well-sized zippered removable pouches for a power supply and other accessories, four small internal compartments (three stretch neoprene with velcro fasteners and one mesh), and a separate compartment for an MP3 player or whatever with a slit opening for your headphones cable.

One small concern is that the computer compartment is located on the end that faces the wearer, hence your back is always pressing against the computer. I purchased this to be used as an electronic address/phone book. The technical details states it stores both telephone numbers and addresses. When I received the product, the front of the package states that it holds "addresses". On the back of the package, it states "email addresses". The product in fact DOES NOT store mailing addresses. I finally finally FINALLY received my cover today. After using it all day, I must admit that I am happier with it than expected. For the price, the leather looks nice and the stitching is neat - though the blue is not quite as vibrant or shiny as depicted in the photos. I had to play around with the cover folded back to soften the leather before it functioned properly as a stand, but it is perfect now. I love the little margin on the left side (I am assuming it is to accommodate the optional light), which gives you a perfect place to hold on to without actually touching the device until you need to. I have really small hands and was worried that it would be difficult for me to hold my Kindle in its cover while reading but that hasn't been the case at all. I actually find it easier to hold with it on than without. After playing around, I've found that the best way (for me with my tiny hands) to hold it when the cover is folded back is to hold both the front and back covers together with my index finger inserted between them. I'll let great functions & reviews speak for themselves - the is reader is good. I liked being able to read in car or at night with back light and larger font (which is adjustable). Reader doesn't quite "feel" like a book, but close enough to fill the need to hold a book instead of laptop for reading.

I downloaded a FREE copy of the old Gemstar-Rocket Reader library program which DOES have ROCKET WRITER to convert non-proprietary Word and HTML to RB format for reading; so was thrilled that most of my eBooks DID convert to be able to read on this reader. I'm not a geek and found this easy to do - all you need is the extra time & space on PC for conversion. REB 1100 came with its own Librarian program for PC storage of eBooks; so I used the PC and REB Librarian not the phone connection for my book downloads & storage.

The only difficulty I found with converted books is sometimes the spacing was different in the conversion. (I found this with Mobipocket conversions, too; so was not surprised)Buy RCA eBook Reader (REB1100)!

When I travel, either on a train or a plane, i find there is limited amount of light to read a book. No matter how or where you sit in your seat, there is no light available or limited amounts. I bought this devise to get more light on a recent train trip. well IT worked better than i thought.

After adjusting the light around my neck (which in my opinion is the largest setback to this being a 5 star product), there was enough light for me to read the novel on a train trip.

I purchased this for my red Sony PRS-505 ereader. This is a very nice upgrade to cover that comes with the ereader. The leather is nicely padded and the inside is lined with suede with pockets to store extra memory cards. The insertable flap keeps the cover closed when not in use. This cover can be folded completely behind the ereader when opened and held in place with the flap. I'm certain there is no perfect pregnacy journal, but for my needs and what I've seen, this one is pretty good. My only complaint is that I wish it had more blank pages for journaling. There are 10-12 pages, but I like to write a lot and have to be more limiting with how much I write. I see that other people complain about the verbiage being only directed toward the mom and not the dad. I see NO problem with this because this is just for me. Between me and baby. I often write about my husband in the journal too, so he is included in the book by what I write. The pages are clean and fresh and the photos are great. I bought this for my wife, because I got tired of watching her fuss with the stock Kindle cover.

This cover is so elegant--it's just what she deserves. She no longer has to fuss with the elastic band and doesn't have to worry about the precious Kindle falling out of it's insecure stock cover.

My only complaint is that I bought this to go with the m-edge reading light, which turned out to be a faulty product. But this review is for the cover, not the light. The cover gets four thumbs up (two from me & two from my wife). The light doesn't fair so well, but that's for another review.

The dictionary was filled with mistakes when you read the Farsi translation. I bought it for my sister and I noticed a lot of words were translated incorrectly or in a very old and outdated Farsi language.

The Go cover by m-edge is really nice. If you liked the amazon cover but would like better quality leather, a different color and just general overall better quality this cover is for you.

I just received my mocha brown cover today and it is very nice. Feels better to hold than the amazon cover. Its slightly thicker which I feel makes it more comfortable. The spine is more sturdy than the amazon cover. It still fold back flat and has a slim profile. Since this cover is priced the same as amazon's cover I would highly recommend this cover. Its a bargain as the leather and the overall quality is much nicer than amazon's cover. I hope they eventually add more colors such as blue and green like they have with there other jackets. Our 4 year old grandson has been learning to read. He became interested in our Franklin Talking English/Spanish Dictionary. He loved to punch in words and hear them spoken. This book is perfect for little ones! It's so soft and uses fleece as it's material. The brown cardboard packaging for the book is also used of recycled material! Each page has the cute panda and a simple sentence.

It would a terrific book for an baby or toddler and especially good for an child who has been adopted and might not have the tactile experience. Also good for any child who was born in China since the panda is the only animal that lives in the wild in China and is the national animal of China.

Though not included with the actual Reader, this charger is extremely useful for a) quick charging, b) recovering from complete battery death and c) charging in situations where there is no computer available.

I bought this charger after noticing that the reader would not charge through a wall plug to USB converter (like the iPhone/iPod and other gadgets use). This seems to be a design flaw of the Reader but not one of the charger. I have been pleased with the performance of the charger and have found that in some cases where I have let the battery die completely in the reader, normal computer USB supply is not enough (or perhaps I wasn't patient enough) to reanimate the device. However, immediately on plugging in the reader charger, the reader rebooted and was charged quite quickly.

I was disappointed in this product. I had a PRS505 - which is what this is supposed to be for - and it didn't "click" onto the EReader at all. It has little tabs at the top and bottom but the EReader just slid out of it. The cover that came with the EReader has a snap feature on the back. This cover didn't have that feature. It looks good and is well made except for the fact that it won't stay on the Reader. I wound up not using it.
